Create a free candidate account, complete your profile, then tap Apply on any job listing. Most applications take under two minutes.

Many roles are open to candidates with no prior experience — each listing states the experience level needed in the job description.

Yes. Every employer is reviewed before going live and each job posting is moderated by our team before it appears on the site.

Register an employer account and submit it for approval. Once verified, head to your dashboard and click Post a Job to create your listing.

Most job postings are reviewed within one business day. You will receive an email as soon as your listing is approved and live.

Yes. You can edit, pause or close any of your listings at any time from the Manage Jobs page in your employer dashboard.

All applications appear in the Applications tab of your employer dashboard. You can shortlist, message and update the status of each candidate from there.

Yes. Every job posting is moderated by our team before it appears on the site, and we monitor listings for compliance with our Content Policy.

No. DiscreetCareers is a recruitment-only platform. We strictly prohibit adult or sexual content of any kind — see our Content Policy for details.

Absolutely. Use the Report a Concern link on any listing or visit /report-a-concern. Every report is reviewed by our trust & safety team.

Yes. DiscreetCareers is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. See our 18+ Policy for the full details on age verification and prohibited use by minors.

Never. Your contact details are only shared with an employer when you actively apply, and even then we provide them via our private messaging system first.

Tap Register at the top of the site and choose Candidate or Employer. The whole process takes under two minutes and is free for candidates.

Use the Forgot password link on the login page. We will email you a secure reset link valid for 30 minutes.

Go to Account Settings in your dashboard to update your details, or use the Delete Account option there to permanently remove your account and data.
